All orders are shipped from Victoria, BC, Canada.
Orders are generally sent out within 3 to 4 business days of receiving them. I am a one-man operation, so sometimes things get backed up for a day or so. Be patient! I am not Amazon.
(times are approximate, and do not include the several days it may take to pack your order)
Lettermail - no tracking*: $3.00 - 2 to 10 days
Expedited - with tracking number: $13.50 - 2 to 6 business days
Lettermail - no tracking*: $5 - 2 to 3 weeks
Expedited - with tracking number: $18.75 - about a week
REST OF THE GLORIOUS PLANET:
Lettermail - no tracking*: $7 - 10 days to 3 weeks
Xpresspost - with tracking number: $62.00 - about a week (only available for some countries)
*Lettermail may have no tracking, but I've very very rarely had any problems. If the postal system is reliable in your country, then it should be fine. However, I cannot be held responsible for lost packages when shipping by Lettermail. The only way I could is if I followed your package all the way to your door, and I can't really do that. I prefer to stay home and draw.
If you are ordering a higher priced original drawing or buying a ton of prints, then I would recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Please note that customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees, if there are any. I have no idea how your particular country treats the importation of artwork. Most customers never seem to incur any additional charges, but I can't guarantee it. Please don't ask me to fib and write "gift" on the package. My mother doesn't like it when I fib. Also, some countries' Customs departments are rather zealous in their screening of incoming packages, which can cause delays. I'm afraid that's out of my hands.
If your order is returned and needs to be resent due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional
shipping fees will apply, I'm afraid. So double-check your address. You'll get a confirmation email right after placing your order, with the address you provided. If something looks wrong, reply to the email right away with any necessary corrections. That would be awesome.
Easy! When you place your order, you'll fill out your billing info and the
shipping info. The shipping address is obviously going to be the
terrific person who is going to receive a gift of a lifetime. I don't
include an invoice in the package, so they won't see how much you paid
or anything like that. (Your confirmation email is your invoice.) If you
want me to include a little note, I can do that. Just email me the
details right after placing your order - replying to your confirmation
email would be easiest.
